Ha! That is great!
I was telling you guys yesterday about my last two clients I have and didn’t get to tell you about the one that I’ve had for over 25 months now. We’ve had 8 redesigns and redirections.
I have a penalty system in place for my clients that if they go back on an agreed design which they signed off on that takes more than 2 hours of work to manipulate, then I charge them for that time at a premium rate instead of a normally discounted “re/design” rate. This client has been more than happy to pay the fees each and every time.
Crazy.
But it’s helped feed my family in an otherwise often starving artist type of industry (when you’re going at it solo).
brian.
p.s., btw, lunch was great!
Wow, that’s insane. It’s times like that that you always think of doing projects for yourself.
