Define Success

How would you define success? At what point are you successful at what you do? Sure we have incremental success along the way, however what for you is the situation where you are happy and feel successful in a big way?

I like Seth Godin’s definition: success is largely about keeping your promises.

For me, it’s that and more. No stress, residual income, and being able to run a company that is largely self funded through products.

What about you?

well, being a man of faith, I would say success is living in such a way the brings glory to God.

When this gig is over and I get to go back stage, I hope to hear God say, “Well done good a faithful servant.”

well said mark. I have to agree with Seth to degree. I consider myself largely unsuccessful because I can’t seem to keep promises. I have learned to stop making them though…

“Success is when you look forward to going to work AND you look forward to going home.”

That’s a quote from Steve Hiner. He’s my cousin. Or rather, he married my cousin. Does that make him my cousin?

My own personal opinion is that we need to have an eternal perspective about success. Recommended reading: “God’s Passion for His Glory” by John Piper. Read it! 😉

Success is when you are happy every moment of every day doing exactly what you know you are supposed to be doing in that moment.

Well, Success is passion for someone. They want to succeed in each and every field.
For someone , its their wish come true
For me it is something which makes u proud to say that i have succeeded
