A lot of people are having beef for Thanksgiving. I even read an article about this growing trend to skip the labor involved to cook a turkey, and instead just have beef. What about you?

Turkey for sure. And I’m not sure what “labor” is needed to cook a turkey…just whip up a rub of some sort, stuff the insides, and throw it in the oven for a while. People are just lazy.
We’re doing turkey in the oven this year. But I saw someone demo a trash can turkey, and it looked kinda cool. Might try that next year if I can convince the wife.

Turkey all the way.
Turkey/Ham more than likely.
Wow, that trash can turkey sounds like an interesting idea. Ever try the deep fry turkey? That’s pretty good, too.
Turkey of course… but not just any turkey. We’re talking free range, organic fed, 15lbs of feel good turkey. 🙂
