BybensterSony Ericsson is introducing the T610, a phone that seems to have some extra effort put into the design. On a related note, Samsung is producing a limited number of the phone seen in the Matrix Reloaded. More cunningly designed new wonder phones: the miniature jewel: Siemens SL55. Another with a slide-open keyboard: Nokia 7650.

Alistapart had an article using this technology for rollovers; basically you just reference the same big image only cropping via x and y coordinates to show different parts of it.
Hmm.. wouldn’t it be ironic if Coca Cola used Sprite based web design for their web site? (Ba dum dum cha! *rimshot* Ok. I won’t quit my day job. *ducks the rotten tomatos*)
