Anthem.com (no, not that Anthem, this one is in Indiana and provides healthcare benefits) A simple logo that is really nicely integrated into the site with strong colors and, I think, easy navigation. If you click to view a specific state’s benefits, I think the subpage design is fine.

Color In Motion… you may forget it’s educational! Fun even if you’ve taken color theory classes. The music is also very well done.
