If you met someone who randomly needed a kidney transplant, would you offer them yours? I was reading this article about a guy that gave a waitress his kidney as a “tip” and thought it was awfully nice. I’m quite happy with both of my kidney’s. So far they’ve been working out pretty good.

At one coffee shop that i had worked at the owner needed a kidney so she put up a sign at the shop. One of the patrons donated his kidney to her.
