It looks like Infragistics has a nice set of interface tools and templates for designing complex backend user interfaces.

I recently had a chance to experiment with this set of tools and I found it to be underwhelming. It looks good on the demos, but when you actually try to implement it you have to use all sorts of workarounds in your code for the components. Styling is a bit of a pain as well. Probably didn’t give it a fair shake, but on the surface, I was not impressed.
