There are a bunch of these out there; I generally prefer IpsumImage.
Thanks for the link Edward. Yes, There are definitely a number of flavors of it out there. Most of them, Placehold.it is just a variation of Russell Heimlich’s Dummy Image. I just really liked how this site implemented it.
