Tempe Town Lake sunset
I took this photo just prior to the Tempe Parade of Lights show. Over 50 boats made a long slow circle around the lake with different decorations, lights, luminaries, sound effects, etc. I was standing on a sunfish sailboat, if you were there.

I remember some of these from 2 years ago and they never fail to blow me away! I was hoping to get some shots this year but plans pretty much fell through when we left the house at 9PM (fireworks started at 9:20PM, I live 20 minutes away… you get the picture 🙂 ). BTW, did you take these pics from the Marina on the North side of Tempe Town Lake? Would you mind sharing your techniques for taking sweet fireworks pics like these? 🙂
