Remember not more than a month ago how Google was moving to Phoenix? Now eBay is set to open a data center here in the valley.

Summary: They don’t say how many jobs, reason is because they want to diversify locations (and we don’t have many natural disasters), and the jobs are mostly data center type jobs plus some web developer positions. Location is likely to be Chandler.

My theory is that eBay officials were swayed by the Phoenix woman who is auctioning off her pregnant belly on eBay. Seriously though, I wonder how much equipment eBay buys for their company off of eBay.
