I remember being told that the darker the roast the less caffeinated the coffee is. This had something to do with the beans being roasted too long which lessens the caffeine in the beans. But, after this pic I don’t know what to think…I’m sure Rocket Coffee knows what they’re doing.
Ryan, the longer the coffee is roasted the more flavor is lost and caffeine, too.
