Moosejaw reminded me of the old AltRec.com web site. I like how they use real people and real ameture photos to showcase their products. I’ve become so accustomed to the glossed over model shots like we see at Target or Mervyns and this is just refreshing.

Creo From the home page to the products page, this site wins hands down in the info design category. The Six Degrees page is pretty cool, too.

The Advertising Slogan Generator. This has got to be one of the funniest/coolest things I’ve seen all day! Try putting your business name into the field and see what pops up. If you don’t have a business, try your first name instead.

We were talking to some people today who showed us the Lockheed Financial Credit Union web site. I, too, found it interesting and a good example of using color and the balance of white space and content to make a broad and complex site appear easy. Nice job.
