Yeah, I really liked it as well. It’s fascinating stuff and I have a newfound respect for Zeldman. He isn’t just a web standards nut to me anymore. Now he’s been in my shoes having the same difficulties managing and dealing with clients. Oh the joy.
How do you ever get a last name like Zeldman anyways?
I’m guessing he inherited it. Not completely sure though.
