Writely has a cool feature. They let their customers decide if they’re in beta or not. Check out this screenshot I took from the Writely web site. By the way, if you have never used Writely I’d recommend it for collaborative writing. It works surprisingly well. Writeboard is good as well, especially if you don’t want formatting to interfere with the writing process.

That’s surely a neat way to look at it. You can also rule out a lot of your QA testing that way as well!
