I hope more sites like this can take aim at the MLS system instead of each other and maybe create an open source listing system (unless one already exists, I guess Craigslist comes very close to being that). BTW, here’s an interesting article on Zillow and its accuracy: How Good Are Zillow’s Estimates? I’ve been using Trulia for a few months now and I like it a lot. They still have some work to do as far as usability, but you tend to get things after a few visits. I just wish their maps worked like Google Maps.
