I was just thinking another thing is ladders. You really don’t need to pack them. In fact, I’ve never heard of anyone shipping those either.
I was going to say “Man-eating iguanas” but then I realized that:
a) You’d need a cage so the iguana couldn’t eat anyone.
b) No one would want to ship a man-eating iguana.

Recycled soda cans (they just need bundling).
