I stumbled upon the Charles & Marie web site today and thought it was a really interesting site design.
Pixar has updated their homepage (slightly) and I’m posting it because I don’t think I ever have and I thought it would be fun to talk about the picture on the homepage. Those aren’t people in the stands. They’re cars. I can’t wait to see how they deal with that.
Go Daddy recently redesigned their homepage and it is vastly improved. So much better that for a change it doesn’t take me 10 minutes just to get my bearings when I visit. For a change the page takes less effort and that’s really good.
Some friends of ours designed a web site service for Mary Kay resellers. It’s called Pink Tomorrow. Nice execution, guys.
The USA Network has a very slick web site! I just love the navigation system and the way they’ve integrated some video into the main part of the page. It changes all the time depending on the current or upcoming show lineup. Color scheme, navigation, background texture, and use of Flash all get five stars…
I really like this simple slider used on the XTMLized homepage. You can drag and drop the page icon to see how much it would cost to code multiple pages. Here’s a list of companies that do the same thing as XHTMLized.
