OSX Mouse Control

I’ve tinkered with the mouse controls in OSX, installed MouseCommand, and now I’m wondering if I should install anything else that will give me more control over how the mouse moves? It’s different on a Mac. I think in that it is trying to give me more precision than on a PC at slow speeds. I know it sounds weird, but I don’t like this. I want it to move at the same speed all the time. Any additional programs I should try?

  1. Both Microsoft and Logitech have OS X driver software that will work with their own or other mice. I just bought a new Logitech and prefer their software, if only because it explains how to use Expose with the extra buttons and I couldn’t figure out how to make that work with the MS software.

  2. Excellent suggestion!
I just installed the Microsoft software and it’s solved the problem. Thanks.

  3. I agree. It must be that I’m just not used to it yet, but I much prefer the MS way the mouse moves. It is extremely annoying trying to accurately click small buttons quickly.

I have logitech’s software, and it didnt change it. I may have to try a different mouse.
