NBC
Last week Mark pointed out the new NBC website. I’m not exactly sure when this launched however it’s quite an improvement. I think the reason it works so well is that everything is easy to see. Not a lot of clutter.

I really dig the VitalStream web site. Unlike most sites I see of this color tone and with a glossy feel, this one actually works.
Here’s a neat site for Steelcase with good sized blocks of colors and a whole lotta content. I like the colored lines above the navigation scheme and how they change the colors in each section of the site… they work well with the pull downs.
I really like the new design for the Heinz products web site.
The Jordan Winery web site is really about the photos. That’s what I notice anyways. Sure there’s some nice content and the navigation scheme is clear (and I like the nice lines with small arrows by the way) but those photos are really splendid and I can’t stop looking at them. For instance. This one…
Now here’s a cool idea. MyOwnLabels.com makes it easy for startup companies to print their own labels for everything from coffee bags to ketchup bottles.
I really like how Kelly Blue Book designed their used car search interface. For one, they’ve designed several ways to find the type of car I want. I can sort, I can select a category, or a price range. Great design.
