Update: Here’s another one, called Absolute Live Support .NET. I haven’t tried it out however it looks good.

  1. We ended up using PHP Live on our clients web site and have been very happy. I haven’t had any problems with it and the windows application works like a charm.

  2. We used Kayako System. Bad syste, bad company. A lot of problems of several system (MacOS, linux) and problems with XML translations.

  3. I want to include a ‘live chat’ section on a site I am designing, which will enable an expert to be on-line a few hours a week. We would also like to create a FAQ from these sessions, and have a forum. What is the simplest way of doing this?
