We’re evaluating some of the different Live Chat interfaces available today. Can anyone comment on the following systems or recommend a solution? Also, can anybody comment on the effectiveness of such tools?

Update: Here’s another one, called Absolute Live Support .NET. I haven’t tried it out however it looks good.

We use Jabber where I work for inter-company communication. Pretty neat prog.
We ended up using PHP Live on our clients web site and have been very happy. I haven’t had any problems with it and the windows application works like a charm.
We used Kayako System. Bad syste, bad company. A lot of problems of several system (MacOS, linux) and problems with XML translations.
I want to include a ‘live chat’ section on a site I am designing, which will enable an expert to be on-line a few hours a week. We would also like to create a FAQ from these sessions, and have a forum. What is the simplest way of doing this?
