Knowledge Base Software

We’re working on integrating a knowledge base system for our clients and internal use. We’ve been looking at XIGLA Software’s Absolute FAQ Manager and it looks fantastic (ASP technology).

Has anyone implemented a KB system at their location and what have been your thoughts on the results? Does it save time? Is it helpful? Do you or your clients use it regularily?
