Fellow 9rules member Erik Sagen runs a weblog called Kartooner which I frequent. While not particularily into cartooning or drawing for that matter myself, I find the posts interesting and the layout really nice and simple. Plus that crest with the nice font that spells out kartooner is just too pretty not to look at every few days.
