James Taylor
Here’s a nice web site: James Taylor (musician). I like the nice and simple web site, with nice photos.

I like the clever photo montages throughout this web site for Monsanto Company. For example, the one pictured above has some old rotted corn in the background and in the foreground is a photo held over it of ripe, golden corn. Makes for a nice visual that also tells a story.
Budweiser has an interesting visual layout for their ‘age-check’ screen. I’ve never seen anything like this before, so wanted to share it.
I really like how the water drops move in this photo (click to see the animation). Great idea. The guys at Signal vs Noise had a little feature article about the folks that run this company. It’s worth a read. Apparently this bottle is re-usable.
EyeSpot is doing some neat things with Ajax. I’m especially happy with the Ajax functionality surrounding permissions.
Again, imported from a static page, now it’s here for the archive.
Just stumbled across Seventh Generation. It’s an interesting looking web site and from the home page rather difficult to tell what they make (laundry detergent if you are wondering). Nice layout.

Listen, Aldrin, I’m not as laid back as people think. Now here’s the deal: I’m going to play, and you’re going to float there, and like it.
Designing for an artist like that would be a dream job.
I still think the annie lennox website is one of the best artist websites out there. The design style suits her music as well:
