We’re looking for backup software for Windows that will archive about 5 GB of data on a regular schedule. We want to have it download the files from our dedicated web server to our office server (so they’ll be off site). It would only need to download the files that have changed so it doesn’t have to download everything every night.

Since I know that you’re also using Mac OS X, might I suggest rsync? It’s GPL and it does everything you’re looking for (as I understand it). I’m sure Don could set it up as a cron job real easy like.
