I don’t know why but I found Xooglers to be a really fun read. Probably because the writer is an ex Googler (who worked there from 1999 to 2005) and he tells some personal stories about when he was hired. Interesting interview questions from Sergey, and much more.

The writer is named Edward and he came up with the name for AdWords and his blog is a place where ex Googlers converge to talk about the latest at Google. Side note: I love how it’s on Blogger (one of Google’s properties). He writes a few paragraphs where he explains how he didn’t always like how Sergey boiled life down to numbers. Especially when it comes to asking new hires their GPA. Worth a read.
