Has anybody created an Outlook 2003 template? I have a client wanting a few templates soon and have been searching on both Microsoft’s site and Google for instructions on how to make one but can’t find anything. Is it a simple process of creating HTML as if I were sending an email newsletter or does Microsoft Outlook have a more complex method?
