Roundup
The Roundup web site is pretty cool. I like the three simple tabs at the top which take you to the various types of business areas.
MPAC
I thought this layout for MPAC was very nice. The design is really clean and easy to get around despite the fact that there is a lot of content. Note the interesting use of a Google Map to communicate locations of art and culture venues around Phoenix.
Skype
What do you think of the Skype web site? I personally really like it. It’s fun, bright colors, good navigation system (which is easy to read, easy to use), and overall they’re not afraid to do something different. You could call it personality. What do you think?
Coca Cola BlaK
I’m sorry, mixing coffee with carbonated water is really bad. I actually tried doing that last week. So why would Coca-Cola release a beverage with that very mix? You’ve got me. They’re going to name it BlaK and it has a cool little web site. I like the look of the bottle.
Vegas Grand Prix
The Vegas Grand Prix web site is an excellent example of restraint in design. Placing the emphasis on the important areas of the design, and allowing the content to shine through. This design also wins the award for best ever spinning logo.
Vimeo Activity Charts
When you are logged into your Vimeo account it gives you some neat statistics about how often your video was played, and it wraps it all up as your daily activity. I liked the way they presented the graph and decided to share it here.
