Somehow I came across The McKinsey Quarterly today and just loved the design. Despite having a lot of information displayed, it’s not overwhelming.

Tomas wrote in to let me know about the new State Farm web site. I have to agree, it’s pretty nice. I love the huge navigation bar and drop down menu system.

I’m sure you’ve seen TripIt.com before, it’s a web site that helps you coordinate your trips. You can forward emails you receive from hotels and airlines and it formats them for you. Anyways, I liked their home page and thought it looked great. I’m definitely noticing a tendency for sites to have a large headline…
