I read this about the funky bilboard: it’s an ask jeeves ad — the billboard is part of a series that is trying to distance the brand “ask” from it’s previously known brand “ask jeeves” and provide greater emphasis on algo technology. another ad in the series reads “the algorithm killed jeeves”.

I also didn’t realise you were involved with Viddler Chris. I first saw it on WLTV. I am considering using it for a project coming up. But I have to say.. I preferred the player interface before the new chrome (at the expense of the new features). The website is nice. Good job.

Mark – Thanks, we designed it in 30 minutes. The idea was that the cards can be re used for any purpose. At the moment, we just write ‘web2expo’ in the tag spot and hand them out to conference goers.

Josh – Thanks, rght now I’m sitting in a boring keynote, so at this very moment, you are not missing much. Some of the sessions have been interesting, though.
