Turkey is really good when fried

Here are some pictures from Friday when we cooked a turkey here at the office. It was really good!!

  • Fried is definitely the way to go with a turkey. You just can’t go wrong. We fry one at the office every year around Thanksgiving. I have fried 3 this year myself.

    Try this recipe for a really good marinade (injected).

  • You know, if you look at that top photo from the meaty part of the drumstick up, it kinda looks like you’ve hooked a beaver.
