Love the post, keeping you mind in shape is definitely underrated these days. I’ve been taking part in some of brain exercises lately just to try to keep my mind sharp, it got to a point where I thought my need to always have a calculator was extremely annoying and kind of sad. I tried little things like setting my cars clock 13 minutes ahead, try calculations in my head and check them with the calculator if need be. I have tried the music but failed to see any different. I am sure it helps, but I tend to get carried away in the tune. Great post, I recommend everyone to try it out. They have worked for me and I have only been practicing them for a couple of months.

Ok so I have an Xbox, which I haven’t used since I got through Halo. I have a Nintendo Gamecube which I play regularly. It’s all about the games and Nintendo has the best ones, IMO. I do have a DS which I think is the best gaming system on the planet.
