Tomas wrote in to let me know about the new State Farm web site. I have to agree, it’s pretty nice. I love the huge navigation bar and drop down menu system.

Too bad the rest that the customer sees when they log in is still the same old design.

Agree Tomas, I put in my zip to get a quote and started down the path into bad design land…you would think the customer acquisition process would have been the first priority.
