Someone forgot to test their confirmation email
I just received this confirmation email from Shoplet.com letting me know that my cutting board blade has shipped. Except, in Outlook the images do not display by default and this is what I see.

Companies need to think about what their sending out to customers. Without images, this is almost useless. I’m reminded of a similar post.

I wonder what percentage of people have the images download by default. That would seem like a bad idea. Similarly, assuming that your customers have bad email practices seems like a bad idea. Yikes.
