Shameless Plug

Okay, time for a shameless plug. I wanted to post my new blog for your viewing pleasure. Granted, my blog is quite political, unapologetically biased, and has little to do with design. I couldn’t resist. I do plan to do some interesting things with flash on this blog very soon, and that is pretty relevant so stay tuned. Here it is.

  • There’s a whole bunch of design issues with it. For example, the masthead doesn’t link back to the front page, there’s no preview of comments, HTML in comments is broken (or so limited that <em>, <a>, and <strong> aren’t supported), and the “Go back” link is a Javascript history(-1) command that doesn’t take you back to the front page if you just posted a comment.

I’m also disappointed that you chose the name Publius for your online pseudonym. Its heritage is besmirched by your decidedly un-Federalist Papers prose and style. Sorry for the harsh words, but The Federalist Papers were revolutionary, watershed documents and their authors were taking significant risks that required absolute anonymity. You are none of the above.
