Have you done any fancy things in Photoshop lately? Stuff where you combine multiple images to create a fake scene?

What I want to do is master the art of creating entire scenes like the big auto makers do. They take a photo of a river, a photo of an SUV, and a sunset and blend them so well that you can’t even tell.
