Signal vs Noise recently had a post about waiter tables having a flag so you can let the server know you need some service. The whole discussion was ripe with ideas for improving table service at restaurants.

ESP Systems has a solution and the reason for this post is that you absolutely must watch the demo on the How ESP Works page. The designers must have had a field day with this project. One question: where do I get one of those watches?
