Helpful web tool: Placehold.it
Have you ever been working on a design and need to insert a placeholder image to show where a graphic will go? The typical process is something like this: open photoshop, create a new image, enter the size you need, change the background color, add some text and then save it. There are a bunch of these out there; I generally prefer IpsumImage.
Thanks for the link Edward. Yes, There are definitely a number of flavors of it out there. Most of them, Placehold.it is just a variation of Russell Heimlich’s Dummy Image. I just really liked how this site implemented it.
