Yesterday we were all taking personality tests at this web site. The fascinating thing about personality tests is that it helps you understand yourself a bit more, and your peers. For some reason, this is hugely helpful. For example, knowing that your coworker has a personality trait that makes him love to play devils advocate means I can join in the fun without having to think my coworker really hates my idea. Good stuff.
