On Saturday morning a truck pulled up in front of my house and a few guys jumped out and began to dig in my yard by the sidewalk. Later on, they brought this huge contraption which was the size of a small car. It said Ditch Witch and I looked it up and discovered that the company behind the product has a great looking web site. To say the least, it’s cool.
I’m pretty sure they were laying fiber optic cable. The machine basically pushes a pipe the length of the street and allows them to lay fiber cable without digging up everyone’s lawn.

Amber, how long are you going to keep up this charade? How long are you going to go around impersonating, of all things, a representative of Ditch Witch?
I know you wanted the job and I wanted you to have the job, but you and I know you just didn’t have the chops. Do I need to bring up the interview again? Jesus Christ, I mean…what do I say to my co-workers? What did my goldfish ever do to you?
Honestly, there comes a time when you just have to hang it up. The sooner you realize this, the better.
