Two hundred caption contests! Amazing! When you think about it, that’s almost 4 years! Stunning that it’s been a regular event over this time. Here’s to 200 more!

  • It is pure alchemy: If I can just fill 5 more of these fuel bottles my space ship will be able to get free of this wet planet.

  • An ingenious solution for three problems!

    1. Global warming is causing the oceans to rise.
    2. People in Africa need safe drinking water.
    3. Vader’s had a run of bad PR lately– what better way to get his numbers up?

  • EPISODE III.V.b

It is a period of dehydration. The Burger Syndicate has threatened to block all liquids to the rest of the galaxy, by using over-salted onion rings, until their demands for minimum wage are satisfied.

Pursued by the Syndicate’s TACO Fighters, the young Lord Vader has landed on the planet Pur in an effort to capture, filter and redistribute water to the galaxy. During the filtration process Syndicate spies raided Vader’s camp and stole his funnel, the large one, a funnel with enough capacity to pour over a gallon of liquid within 12.3 seconds. He was very put out.

Meanwhile, the mysterious Soda, is already en route to the Burger Syndicate’s headquarters in Waukegan, Illinois to negotiate for the release of the beautiful Princess Leek Organic….
