  • The photograph at the annual family picnic is getting out of hand. Uncle Cecil is convinced he can get the entire clan in one giant explosive shutter. Hopefully the horses won’t run away and no one will have to walk home.

  • I shutter the thought that some camera salesmen used some gimicky exposure to increase his sales. At first people were all negative, but they waited to see what developed.
    This model was called the Land Camera, because it took up a quarter acre of land.

    2 days to setup the scaffolding and get the camera mounted

    4 hours to get everyone in place and wait for the right lighting

    1 complete idiot to forget to remove his thumb from infront of the lens
