Yes – they knew they would only hold a Category 2 hurricane – why have them built that weak knowing the risks? Very silly.

We should still build the levis higher. That’s a fact. But what they are doing wrong now is they are draining all the SEWAGE into a lake, killing it and it’s inhabititants. PLUS all the bacteria is going to get absorbed into the ground. That will be more expensive than many, many destroyed homes…
