I found this web site, Zipdecode, facinating as I’ve always been interested in how the zip code system is organized. I can’t believe that the USPS can get mail delivered as effeciently as they do.
Speaking of the USPS, have you seen the new DHL ads on television? They’re pretty cool. The ads depict FedEx and UPS racing to deliver a package and when they get there, DHL is already there. Fun times, yes.
I enjoyed visiting this site for Adventure Treks. It’s different from almost all of the other web sites out there. It really is unique and an amazing amount of attention on little details. My only complaint is that perhaps it is too busy, it’s sometimes overwhelming and hard to focus while reading.

We’re working on integrating a knowledge base system for our clients and internal use. We’ve been looking at XIGLA Software’s Absolute FAQ Manager and it looks fantastic (ASP technology).
Has anyone implemented a KB system at their location and what have been your thoughts on the results? Does it save time? Is it helpful? Do you or your clients use it regularily?

I wanted to share a typical chat session we have here in the office. This one, between Don and I today was quite productive. We solved all of the worlds problems.

Ok I just have to share this web site with everyone… Funny, amazing, or just plain disturbing, there’s tons of intruiging short video clips that you can download.
I went so far as to download every single one and burn them all off to cd-rom. Took up close to 500 megs. Lots of fun for when friends come over. On a side note, how effective do you think this commercial was?
