Deaver hand lettering We
We really like the hand lettering at this site. It would really make any logo pop out. Can’t do that on a PC!

This is a dandy web site and includes some great photography. Saw it on Photo Friday (he often submits pictures).
This is a wonderful design for a bread company slash restaurant. I’ve been to these stores and they have a great soup-bread-bowl combo which is splendid. Notice the clean navigation and great use of colors and complimentary photography. It’s not over-done but it’s certainly well-done if you get my drift.
This is a cool site, compliments of Zeldman for the find, it’s a nice simple design with a good color scheme and some nice CSS.
Very cool concept: selling short video loops, optimized in Flash, as stock. The effect is quite subtle on some, making a very nice accompaniment for static text or advertising. I like the way their navbar is done too.
This is a nicely done web site for a neat image viewer application which is a take-off of Apple’s iPhoto program. Currently the program is pretty neat, you can download a two-week trial version. Some things to note about the program: when you rotate images, or make other changes it doesn’t actually modify your images… it stores the information in .ini files. It works fine but as far as getting your original pictures modified you’ll still need Photoshop.
Looks like a neat site for finding illustrators and their artwork. Notice the interesting search and sort they have throughout the web site. It’s more interesting than, say, just a search box.
Accessibility Design for the Colorblind
Did you know that red or green can be virtually invisible for around 8% of web users? This is especially dangerous for navigation elements. Learn how to respect the needs of your colorblind users.
