Local Hummer dealer Well
Well done, for an auto dealer site, other than the hummer hovering over the desert on the homepage!

Just past the intro, you’ll find a corny (photography) but unpretentious flash interface that doesn’t overwhelm the visitor. The site has some unique collaboration tools as well, including a live chat application that shows how many people are on each page and how long they’ve been on the site – live stats that anybody can see!
I’m considering joining… seems like some pretty nice benefits for a part time job. College tuition reimbursement is a heavy enticement for students who don’t want the burden of huge debt.
Also, we have a new Stock Photography page on the site! We’re soliciting links, especially to fill out the free section, so send ‘em in!
documenting the Kursk salvage operation
Interesting Russian website chronicles the still-ongoing detective work of picking through the raised hull of the Kursk wreck. It’s described as a “sinister icebox filled with explosives” by recovery workers. I saw a TV documentary about the actual raising of the hull from the ocean floor a while ago, and it was quite a feat.
While I haven’t watched the whole interactive page yet, it’s a cool example of video embeded into Flash MX.
A date with a cricket stah? Oh sweetykins, what a mahvelous gift!
I can’t decide which is funnier: the design of this site, or the “products” they sell on this page: gifts for the UK alpha lad. Questions: Is “stone” really a weight measurement in the UK? If so, how many “pebbles” make up a “stone”?
The simplicity and ease of navigation on this site is cool. The pages aren’t cluttered, either. I have clear choices. There are some neat tshirts in the Forum, too.
Check out these great press releases. It takes the idea of corporate press announcements to a whole new low.
